Langley Crew

          Welcome to the 2025-26 Crew Registration!

This registration session will allow you to enter contact information, attest to the Langley Crew Athlete and Parent Rules and Expectations, upload the required two (2) acknowledgement forms, and pay your membership dues. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that you provide accurate information. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

An athlete who is new to the Crew team this year is a Novice rower. A returning athlete is in the Varsity rower group.

Membership Dues:  Langley Crew is a club sport and does not receive funding from Fairfax County Public Schools. Membership dues are used to pay coaches, maintain current equipment, equipment and club insurance, and transportation of athletes to Sandy Run Regional Park on school days.

Early Registration (available through 5 December):  $2100--$1950 membership dues  + $150 nonrefundable registration processing fee. 

Regular Registration (applicable 6 December and Beyond): $2350--$2200 membership dues  + $150 nonrefundable registration processing fee.  

The Membership Dues portion is refundable, if requested, by 31 January 2026.

Tip:  If your family has multiple athletes, you can just create one account for the whole family. You will be able to register multiple athletes through your account.

Uniform Fee: During Registration you will be asked to indicate whether you need a new uniform or not.  The team will be keeping the same uni design as last season (see below).  If you are a returning member and purchased a new uni last year, you will not be required to purchase a new uni.   All new rowers are required to purchase a uniform.  Returning rowers may also need to buy a new uni if they need a replacement or different size.  Payment for uniforms will be collected at a later date.
